The rates listed below are for general event photographic services that Mr. Haley provides, including:

• Anniversaries
• Retirements
• And much more

Prices for event photography are negotiable depending on your scope of work. Please call or send an email to discuss your commercial photography needs.

• 4 hours of coverage $499.
• 6 hours of coverage $699.
• 8 hours of coverage $899.
• Full day rate $1199.

The package includes:

• A CD or DVD with approximately 300 digital photos that are in a 4x6 inch format at 300 ppi (The number of photographs depends on length of coverage).
  
• Web optimized files are included in a file size around 50-200k.
• 5 edited pictures of your choice.
• One 8x12 print or two 6x9 prints.
• Additional prints are available in various sizes to order from an online album at an additional cost.
• Additional hours $149 per hour.
• Additional edited pictures start at $19 per digital file depending on request.
• Photo Albums available for extra charge. See rates.

Deposits: All photography sessions require a deposit to secure the sitting. Shoots are not confirmed without deposits. Deposits can be paid with Visa, MasterCard, Money Order, or by cash. Deposits are refundable up to 10 days prior to shoot date.

Photo Rights: Only limited rights and promo use are granted. The photographer retains all rights to the photos. Not available for resale or print publication. Full file usage rights available for an additional cost and must be specified before the shoot.

Travel Fees: Charges for travel outside Mr. Haley's normal area are added to your package price. All Photography Packages include travel within a 25-mile radius of Tucson. Outside of the 25 mile radius, the charge is $0.42 per mile and $50 per hour of travel time. The client may also be responsible for travel costs including: flights, accommodation, meals, transport, etc.
