Wedding Package #1

• Up to 4 hours of wedding photography.
• The package includes a CD or DVD with approximately 300 - 500 digital photos that are in a 4x6 inch format at 300 ppi.
  
• Web optimized files are included in a file size around 50-200k.
  
• One spiral bound 10”x 13” Proof Album containing the following:
  
• Approximately 100 – 200 processed color images.
• Approximately 40 – 60 processed black and white images.
  
• One 8x12 or two 6x9 prints.
  
• Other prints are available in various sizes to order from an online wedding album at an additional cost.
• Additional hours $149 per hour.
  
• Additional edited pictures start at $19 per digital file depending on request.
• Wedding Albums available for extra charge. See rates.
• Basic bookings start at $1499.

Wedding Package #2

• Up to 6 hours of wedding photography.
• The package includes a CD or DVD with approximately 400 - 800 digital photos that are in a 4x6 inch format at 300 ppi.
  
• Web optimized files are included in a file size around 50-200k.
  
• One spiral bound 10”x 13” Proof Album containing the following:
  
• Approximately 200 – 300 processed color images.
• Approximately 50 – 100 processed black and white images.
  
• One 8x12 and two 6x9 prints.
  
• Other prints are available in various sizes to order from an online wedding album at an additional cost.
• Additional hours $149 per hour.
  
• Additional edited pictures start at $19 per digital file depending on request.

Wedding Package #3

• Up to 8 hours of wedding photography.
• A second photographer to capture those other moments while Mr. Haley is with the bride and groom.
• The package includes a CD or DVD with approximately 1000 digital photos that are in a 4x6 inch format at 300 ppi.
  
• Web optimized files are included in a file size around 50-200k.
  
• Three spiral bound 10”x 13” Proof Album containing the following:
  
• Approximately 200 – 300 processed color images.
• Approximately 50 – 100 processed black and white images.
  
• Two 8x12 and two 6x9 prints.
  
• Other prints are available in various sizes to order from an online wedding album at an additional cost.
• Additional hours $149 per hour.

Deposits: All photography sessions require a deposit to secure the sitting. Shoots are not confirmed without deposits. Deposits can be paid with Visa, MasterCard, Money Order, or by cash. Deposits are refundable up to 10 days prior to shoot date.

Photo Rights: Only limited rights and promo use are granted. The photographer retains all rights to the photos. Not available for resale or print publication. Full file usage rights available for an additional cost and must be specified before the shoot.

Travel Fees: Charges for travel outside Mr. Haley's normal area are added to your package price. All Photography Packages include travel within a 25-mile radius of Tucson. Outside of the 25 mile radius, the charge is $0.42 per mile and $50 per hour of travel time. The client may also be responsible for travel costs including: flights, accommodation, meals, transport, etc.
